A leading UK recruiter is seeking an IT Support Manager to oversee the IT environment across their network of branches. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud solutions, Microsoft 365 administration, and Citrix server management. Location: Central England (willing to travel to company sites occasionally).
Salary: up to £55k DOE + bonus + car

The role is a management position overseeing the IT environment across the network and all the branches nationwide.
You will be a successful IT support professional, capable of resolving issues from 1st to 3rd line.
You should have cloud experience, on-premise experience, and be confident with migrations.
Good experience with Microsoft 365 from an administrator perspective and Citrix server experience are essential.
Since the role involves working across 28 branches, being good with colleagues is crucial.
You must live in or near Central England. Occasional travel to branches will be required. Some work from home is permitted, but most work is expected to be in our branches.
