IT Operations Manager required. Our client is a small UK-based IT organisation that prides itself on providing a professional IT support service across Sussex.

They are now looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join their team based in Newhaven. The role is 50% office-based and 50% on-site.

Position Overview
  • Ensure SLA’s are adhered to
  • Assist with training new staff
  • Liaise with the accounts and HR Director regarding issues
  • Provisioning and ordering of hardware, cloud, and software services
  • Assist with Helpdesk support
  • Identify emerging issues and serve as a knowledge expert
  • Maintain infrastructure availability within service level agreements
  • Maintain close working relationships with users, third parties, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Manage the resolution of major operational incidents
Position Requirements
  • Experience in a manageable IT role
  • Active Directory expertise
  • Good knowledge of Server 2016 – 2019
  • Understanding of VoIP technology
  • DBS clearance is required
  • Office 365 and networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of virtualization
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Remuneration and Benefits
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
