Job summary

Berry Recruitment is seeking an IT Manager for a Watford-based organisation operating in a regulated environment. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office weekly, and includes leading a small team and coordinating helpdesk activities.

You will own backups, CRM and cloud workflows, maintain platform architecture, and oversee safe-change processes to ensure smooth updates and compliance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years experience in a similar IT Manager role.
• Background in backups and restoration.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing.
• Experience with managed workflows.
• Experience creating documents from workflows and maintaining platform architecture.
• Experience in the auditing process would be useful.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Experience in safe change management.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hybrid setup, based in our Watford office 2 to 3 days a week
• Support and work with a team of 5 people
• Assist with the helpdesk when needed
• Manage safe change management
• Ensure regular updates transition smoothly
