Job summary

Procter & Gamble offers a 12-month IT management placement. You will work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying technology and to deliver real projects that create business value. The role develops technical skills alongside leadership, communication and change-management capabilities.

You will gain hands-on experience in a large corporate IT environment, with mentoring, formal training, and potential for a full-time IT management position after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, etc.).
• Experimental, iterative approach; curiosity for autonomous AI and practical application.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for technology use.
• Architect and build intelligent production solutions using the optimal data engineering toolset; focus on Agentic AI.
• Receive real-work responsibilities from Day 1 and lead projects to completion.
