The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of IT in the implementation of the company's IT strategy. Working very closely with the Service Desk to ensure solutions are efficiently deployed to a large mobile user base. You will be responsible for the ongoing IT infrastructure and ensuring its availability and resilience. A key part of this role is to ensure that the correct solutions are being delivered and adopted by the business.
