In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations across the firm. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Assist with IT projects, including upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
  • Document support requests, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to deliver seamless support and service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a 1st and 2nd line IT support role, ideally within a financial services environment.
