About your role
  • Lead and shape delivery of complex programmes or projects at various stages
  • Manage projects with challenging schedules, multiple vendors, unclear problems, technical complexities, organizational change, or many stakeholders
  • Handle stakeholder management, issues, and risks across projects
  • Define project scope and objectives
  • Predict and manage resources effectively
  • Prepare and track budgets
  • Develop detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage vendor contracts and deliverables
  • Apply industry best practices throughout project execution
  • Monitor and adjust project progress
  • Measure performance and identify improvements
Requirements
  • Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience
  • Experience in data management, communication, and documentation for diverse audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the official language(s) and English, with willingness to travel
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience managing projects through full lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Resourcefulness and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline
  • IT project management experience, including managing finances
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and ability to lead related projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Utilities industry knowledge
