We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Infrastructure and Operations Director to lead our global IT infrastructure and operations teams within our prestigious law practice. This position requires a deep understanding of IT management and a strong ability to align technology solutions with our business objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration to our strategic Cloud and SaaS target architecture, while delivering seamless and efficient IT operations, driving service excellence, and supporting global expansion efforts.

Reporting to the CTO, you will engage in critical collaboration with the Pune Global Delivery Centre Lead. This collaboration is essential to harmonize group operations, foster effective communication, and drive unified strategies that support the organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive strategy for the global technology hubs, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and scalability.
• Serve as a point of escalation on behalf of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for critical IT issues.
• Lead the implementation of IT operations and services to our international locations to deliver a global offering that meets the requirements of each of our locations and aligns with the business strategy.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the IT infrastructure roadmap, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of IT professionals to ensure the highest level of performance and service.
• Drive initiatives to ensure the firm’s IT operations comply with legal and regulatory standards, including data protection and cybersecurity laws.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery of IT services.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a strong track record of establishing and managing IT operations across multiple locations globally.
• Strong leadership, influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to foster collaboration and trust across a diverse global stakeholder group.
• Ability to foster a culture of leadership decision-making, and embrace diversity for innovation.
• Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex IT challenges effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and emerging technologies.
