Job summary

Innocean Worldwide UK is seeking an experienced IT Manager to own and operate the UK IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, on‑prem, networking, and end‑user computing. The role collaborates with EU teams and a MSP to ensure seamless cross‑tenant administration.

You will lead cloud and security initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement of IT services for multiple brands, while supporting ~90 users from the London office.

Responsibilities

• Administer UK Microsoft 365 tenant — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint
• Support EU team with Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune across the EU tenant
• Manage Conditional Access policies, RBAC, and device compliance
• Manage device enrolment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android via Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Autopilot
• Manage M365 licensing across all brand accounts
• Own and maintain the Azure estate — VNets, NSGs, Storage Accounts, Azure Files, Key Vault
• Maintain Site-to-Site VPN connectivity between office and Azure
• Support the ongoing migration of secondary Azure tenant into the primary UK tenant
• Monitor and optimise cloud costs
• Manage remaining on-premises servers and associated infrastructure
• Manage on-premises WiFi, DHCP, and DNS
• Coordinate with Infinity on on-premises maintenance and support
• Administer Google Workspace across Hyundai, KIA, Genesis, and TaylorMade brand accounts
• Manage Meraki switching, wireless access points, and MX firewall
• Manage Cisco Firepower HA firewall configuration and firmware
• Coordinate with Infinity on network patching, alerting, and vulnerability scanning
• Manage 3CX telephony via Gamma — extensions, call routing, and handsets
• Manage work phone estate
• Maintain vendor relationship for ongoing support and contracts
• Device procurement, onboarding, and offboarding
• Support and maintain Yealink conference room AV systems
• Day-to-day IT support alongside Infinity
• Administer patching for laptops
• Maintain security posture via Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Secure Score
• Manage endpoint protection — Sophos, migrating to Microsoft Defender
• Enforce Zero Trust and least privilege across identity and devices
• Manage 1Password — user access, vaults, and company‑wide password policy
• Manage various other company‑wide SaaS tools and licences
• Manage MSP relationship
• Manage relationship for mobile estate
• Coordinate with EU IT team on shared services and cross‑tenant administration

Job description

The Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to own and operate Innocean UK's IT infrastructure, cloud estate, and end user computing environment. The role supports approximately 90 users across our London office and works closely with an EU-based IT team on shared Microsoft tenant administration.

A third party managed service provider provides support during absences and assists with networking maintenance, HRMS, printer servers, and email accounts. The role also manages a secondary Azure tenant currently being migrated into the primary UK tenant.

Innocean supports multiple brands including Hyundai, KIA, Genesis, and TaylorMade, each with their own technical requirements. This is a broad, hands‑on role requiring strong cloud, identity, networking, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Identity

• Administer UK Microsoft 365 tenant — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint
• Support EU team with Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune across the EU tenant

• Monitor and optimise cloud costs

On-Premises Infrastructure

• Manage remaining on-premises servers and associated infrastructure
• Manage on-premises WiFi, DHCP, and DNS
• Coordinate with Infinity on on-premises maintenance and support

GCP & Google Workspace

• Administer Google Workspace across Hyundai, KIA, Genesis, and TaylorMade brand accounts

Networking

• Manage Meraki switching, wireless access points, and MX firewall
• Manage Cisco Firepower HA firewall configuration and firmware
• Coordinate with Infinity on network patching, alerting, and vulnerability scanning
• Manage 3CX telephony via Gamma — extensions, call routing, and handsets

Mobile & Work Phones

• Manage work phone estate
• Maintain vendor relationship for ongoing support and contracts

End User Computing & AV

• Device procurement, onboarding, and offboarding
• Support and maintain Yealink conference room AV systems
• Day-to-day IT support alongside Infinity
• Administer patching for laptops

Security

• Maintain security posture via Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Secure Score
• Manage endpoint protection — currently Sophos, migrating to Microsoft Defender
• Enforce Zero Trust and least privilege across identity and devices

Tools & Software Administration

• Manage 1Password — user access, vaults, and company‑wide password policy
• Manage various other company‑wide SaaS tools and licences

Vendor, Finance & Stakeholder Management

• Manage MSP relationship
• Manage relationship for mobile estate
• Coordinate with EU IT team on shared services and cross‑tenant administration
• Manage vendor relationships — Microsoft, Google, Meraki, Sophos, Gamma/3CX, Yealink, 1Password
• Manage vendor and service invoices — working closely with Finance and CFO for accurate and timely processing
• Manage and update IT and user policies when needed
