Compensation: $99,000 – $124,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, storage platforms, cybersecurity systems, and network components.
  • Design, install, and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet systems to ensure availability and security.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, setting priorities and establishing workflows.
  • Collaborate with department heads and vendors to optimize IT processes and resolve issues.
  • Plan and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Administer and maintain enterprise-level computing environments.
  • Develop and execute budgets, ensuring cost-effective IT solutions.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or an Associate degree with eight years of relevant experience).
  • Eight years of experience in geographically dispersed networks and Microsoft-based environments.
  • Expertise in network protocols, system security, and enterprise storage technologies.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification on Microsoft Windows 2000 required; Windows Server 2003 preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with four years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
