Role

You will join the core Information Security team. This role offers an opportunity to innovate in a fast-paced, low-latency trading environment, focusing on firmwide Security projects.

• Architect, build, and automate Windows infrastructure
• Integrate Office systems/software e.g., M365
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and researchers to understand real-time requirements and deliver scalable systems
• Monitor and enhance performance across enterprise platforms
• Own mission-critical systems and solve complex engineering problems

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Deep experience with Infrastructure Security technology
• Experience with Windows Server in high-availability environments
• Scripting skills with PowerShell (bonus: Python or other automation tools)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, SCCM/Intune
• Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments—finance, trading, or similar tech-driven industries
