We are now looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to help contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.

What will you do?

As our new IT Infrastructure Analyst you will support the design of secure, scalable infrastructure and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements. You will manage M365 and Intune policies, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting audits with proper evidence and access records.

Your main tasks include:

  • Maintain and support core IT infrastructure components across Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, network, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Participate in architecture planning, ensuring alignment with business continuity, performance, and security requirements.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for infrastructure-related incidents, escalated from the support team.
  • Acting as a key administrator for Microsoft 365, including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of configurations, system changes, and infrastructure diagrams.

To succeed in this role

Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.

We are looking for a team player with a willingness to share knowledge and support others, who is proactive and contribute in a dynamic environment.

We think you will be a good match if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience within IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure architecture and ability to contribute to design discussions.
  • Knowledge of ITGC, SOX, or similar control frameworks is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of modern endpoint management and policy enforcement.
