What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Incident and Problem Manager, as an IT Incident Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and responding to incidents. You'll respond promptly to incidents and will ensure thorough investigations are carried out. You'll also contribute to ongoing problem resolution efforts.

This role has an “on-call” rotation, with one week per month dedicated to handling out-of-office incidents. You'll work from our Leeds Office on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week).

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include:

  • Leading on major incidents and actioning improvement measures
  • Producing regular analysis and key metric reporting on incidents and problems
  • Maintaining accurate incident records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Coordinating and driving conference calls with fellow Novuna IT colleagues and external suppliers

Also, We're Looking For The Following:

  • Experience of incident and problem management
  • Ability to analyse statistics and data
  • Excellent presentational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, ServiceNow
  • ITIL Certification
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
