As the IT Hub Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the streamlining processes related to customer onboarding for starters, movers, and leavers, and ensuring smooth operations of IT stock management, peripherals, printer support, and meeting room equipment services. You will also liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to drive service excellence.
What you’ll be doing as an IT Hub Lead:
Base location: Clear Water Court Reading - Weekly / Daily travel is required to London, Swindon or sites as required as part of our service.
Necessary requirements for the role: MUST have a valid UK driving licence
