IT Helpdesk Support | Solihull | Up to £25,000 + Benefits

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic IT professional to join their team onsite in Solihull. If you’ve got up to a couple of years’ experience in IT support and are ready to take the next step, this could be a great opportunity to build on your skills in a hands-on environment.

You’ll be providing technical support to both internal teams and a wider dealer network, covering a broad range of hardware, software, and systems. A great chance to grow your technical exposure as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • First-line support for internal users and wider network
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software
  • Supporting printers, scanners, meeting room tech, and booking systems
  • Handling daily IT tasks and documentation

About You:

  • Up to 2-3 years’ experience in a technical support role
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical users
  • Organised, proactive, and collaborative

Location: Fully onsite in Solihull

Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience
