Our Information Technology/Digital teams are passionate about revolutionizing both customer and colleague experiences through the use of cutting-edge digital technologies.

Diverse Opportunities: Over two years, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in a variety of exciting roles, providing the opportunity to learn all aspects of IT delivery from Product lifecycle, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Business process mapping (and everything in between).

Requirements

If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

• Must have graduated within the last 4 years
• Be able to demonstrate an interest and passion for the function you are joining
• Be able to work at our Crawley site
• Be able to attend/complete the recruitment process
• If successful, must be able to attend assessment centre
• Start with RI in early September
• Work experience highly beneficial
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus but not essential
