Intelligent Resource is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for IT Field Service Engineer to be based in West Drayton.

Job Details:

• Location: West Drayton, UB7
• Duration: 12 Months Initially
• IR35 Status: Outside

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair IT products such as PCs, workstations, printers, terminals, servers, and associated devices.
2. Attend to all incidents and requests as directed by the Customer Incident Centre in a courteous and customer-focused manner, following engineering work instruction guidelines.
3. Monitor, update, and progress assigned incidents in the system in real-time.
4. Coordinate between clients and vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems.

Essential Skills:

• Must have a full valid UK driver's license, own car, and business insurance.
• Ability to resolve hardware issues and basic software problems.
