IT Field Engineer - ServiceDesk

iO Associates is partnering with a global healthcare group to find an IT ServiceDesk Field Engineer.

You'll act as the key link between the site and IT teams, resolving local issues and supporting the development of on-site IT services to enable efficient, tech-driven healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support and reduce ticket volumes through proactive visits.
  • Act as regional IT escalation point and support key projects and site setups.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across allocated sites.
  • Ensure accurate ticket logging, asset tracking, and change compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for effective IT service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and printer support
  • Solid networking knowledge (LAN/WAN), WiFi setup, and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Certifications: MS-100, MD-101, Network+, ITIL 4, RITTech; experience with ITIL practices (desired)
