Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a vital role in safety and emergency services.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timely delivery under guidance.
  • Provided technical support for installations and troubleshooting.
  • Escalated issues to Problem Management when necessary.
  • Reviewed and managed open incidents daily, maintaining workflow and utilization.
  • Ideally, IP networking experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
