IT Field Engineer (Previous Relevant Experience Required), Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire. The role requires prior relevant experience and the ability to obtain a Garda clearance to work in Ireland. The position involves traveling to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company providing services to public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedures to meet quality and time standards under supervision.
• Provide technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix services.
• Escalate issues to senior engineers and problem management for ongoing incidents.
• Review and manage open incidents daily, ensuring timely resolution and efficient workflow.
• Possess IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
