We are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide technology solutions. The role requires expertise in Service Desk, End User Computing, Cloud (Azure & AWS), Network & Security, Unix, Windows, and Backup Technologies. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure scalability, and optimize IT infrastructure to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Designing and implementing end-to-end Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services (Wintel, Linux, DB, Storage, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, Office 365, Cloud, Security, SIEM).
2. Collaborating with Customer Enterprise Architects to ensure service alignment with architecture standards.
3. Leading application and infrastructure architecture discussions with clients.
4. Developing vision and roadmaps for Infra, Cloud & Security Services to meet evolving business and technical needs.
5. Introducing innovative technical and service solutions as per contractual agreements.
6. Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and standards.
7. Creating new solutions to meet business requirements for technology and service architectures.
8. Implementing performance measurement tools for service delivery.
9. Maintaining IT architecture frameworks supporting business goals.
10. Defining standards, roadmaps, and best practices for IT infrastructure and operations.
11. Leading cloud migration strategies and optimizing Azure & AWS environments.
12. Ensuring network security, compliance, and risk management.
13. Collaborating with Service Desk and End User Computing teams to improve user experience.
14. Architecting and deploying Azure & AWS cloud solutions with high availability.
15. Managing Unix & Windows server environments for optimal security and configuration.
16. Designing backup and disaster recovery strategies.
17. Evaluating emerging technologies for IT efficiency improvements.
18. Developing and enforcing network security policies.
19. Conducting risk assessments and implementing security controls.
20. Ensuring regulatory compliance.
21. Defining support strategies to enhance service desk performance.
22. Optimizing end-user computing environments.
23. Leading automation initiatives for IT operations.
24. Aligning IT architecture with business objectives through stakeholder engagement.
25. Providing technical leadership and mentoring teams on emerging technologies.
26. Managing vendor relationships and solutions evaluation.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years in IT architecture and enterprise infrastructure.
• Expertise in Azure & AWS (certifications preferred).
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and identity management.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server administration.
• Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and storage solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CISSP are advantageous.
