Job Description: IT Support Specialist

Reporting to the IT Director, you will provide top-class IT support to employees of all levels, while ensuring the infrastructure is kept up to date and available with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

1. Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems.
2. Manage and support RDS, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
3. Assist with project delivery related to IT infrastructure improvements.
4. Ensure the smooth operation of Windows 10/11, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
5. Build internal relationships and promote the IT team within the organization.

Requirements:

• Three to five years of experience supporting IT infrastructure in a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of server and infrastructure management, including RDS.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Proven experience in project delivery.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Teams, and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• A proactive attitude and collaborative team ethic.
