Job description

Job Title: IT Engineer - Field Based IT Asset Surveys and Repairs

This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with strong IT hardware skills and a full UK driving license. The role is based in the South/South East London area.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel in a company van to retail locations across towns such as Bromley, Maidstone, and Redhill.
2. Conduct on-site assessments of EPOS and business systems, including networks and back-office servers.
3. Take photographic evidence of issues and compile detailed reports.
4. Report issues to the helpdesk and management team, and raise orders for repairs.
5. Occasional weekend work may be required, paid as overtime.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary of £24,200 plus £1,350 Outer London Allowance.
