The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority seeks an IT Engineer (Cloud) to manage cloud-based systems and provide robust technical support. This role is crucial in enhancing the performance, stability, and availability of cloud services while fostering a collaborative work environment. About the Role
As an IT Engineer (Cloud), you’ll report to the Infrastructure & Cloud Team Leader and ensure the effective management of cloud-based systems. You’ll help the Service Centre deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, working to maximise the performance, stability and availability of cloud services.
You’ll contribute to the development and enhancement of cloud components, and play an active role in support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues.
