A technology solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide services both on-site and remotely. Candidates must have at least 2 years of IT experience and a valid UK Driving License. Key responsibilities include support for end users, account administration, and installation of data cabling and security systems. This role requires both teamwork and independent work as various tasks will take place in different locations.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a capable and confident IT Support engineer to join them in expansion. No day is the same, some days will be based in the office, other days out on site whether it be installing a PC, diagnosing a network fault, installing data cabling or even commissioning CCTV and Alarm systems.
Our client aims to offer an in-house solution for all their customers technology needs. Starting from advanced IT Support, right through to PAT Testing the appliances that our end users are using on a daily basis.
To thrive in this position you will need to be a team player, as well as being able to confidently work on your own.
