Job description

We are recruiting IT Engineers for a leading IT Service provider based in Middlesbrough.

Ideally, candidates will have current SC Clearance; if not, they must be eligible to obtain it.

Responsibilities include:

1. Setting up the Refresh Clinic.
2. Moving the required quantity of devices as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic location.
3. Logging into any system as required via device(s) provided by the contractor’s engineer and Site Manager, under their instructions.
4. Refreshing laptops.
5. Correctly updating the Contractor’s workflow management system at all relevant steps.
6. Seeking guidance as required from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager.

This is an umbrella contract, and the role is Inside IR35.
