IT Engineer required. My client has been providing IT support to Gloucestershire and UK businesses for over 20 years, and prides themselves on their first-class consultancy services and solutions. They are now looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join their team based in Gloucester.

Position Overview

1. Support and ensure the proper management of client infrastructure.
2. Provide IT support for clients.
3. Assist clients with hardware and application problems via phone, email, or on-site.
4. Allocate tickets and triage issues to the relevant team members for resolution.
5. Handle support requests while ensuring high-quality customer service.
6. Log support calls and ensure their resolution within SLA.
7. Assist in project setup such as Office 365, data migrations, and phone system replacements.
8. Install equipment onsite for telecom and IT setups.
9. Complete client requirements, including new business, upgrades, installations, and onboarding processes.

Position Requirements

• Full UK Driving License.
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Experience in both Telecoms and basic IT support.
• Experience working within SLAs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows Servers.
• Experience installing and configuring hardware and software.
