We are looking to recruit an IT DevOps / Application Engineer to assist in the technical aspects of the business delivery applications in multiple environments.

You will be responsible for the delivery of our applications from laptop, web-based, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, deliver, and maintain internally developed business systems.
2. Implementation and development of new systems globally and assisting in the full development lifecycle (specification, development, testing, bug fixing, maintenance, and support)
3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of software products
4. Develop written instructions for accessing systems including creation of articles for internal Knowledge Base and intranet
5. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, licences, and services
6. Manage applications access to staff across the business
7. Support bespoke applications by direct contact with end users and the Technical Support team

Duties will vary and be revised due to the nature of the IT Support environment.
