Are you tech-savvy with knowledge of working and supporting Microsoft technologies, software and operating systems such as D365, O365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10/11, AutoPilot, MDM, Tablets and Hand-Held Devices, BYOD, Server 2016+, Azure, Intune, BitLocker, and Power Platform?

We're looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to be the face of IT at our client's London office. This is a hybrid role with just one day per week on-site, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and hands-on engagement.

Your Role:

As the go-to IT expert in the London office, you'll provide friendly, jargon-free support to users, ensuring smooth operation of all desktop and mobile technologies. You'll also collaborate with the wider Service Desk Team to manage and resolve issues across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft technologies: D365, O365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange, Windows 10/11, Server 2016+, BitLocker, Power Platform
  • Experience leading desktop support and remote device rollouts
  • Proficiency with Apple MacOS and iOS in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Intune, AutoPilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Knowledge of device lifecycle management, MDM, and BYOD policies
  • Strong understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Experience with Jamf Pro for Apple device management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and ITIL processes
  • Required Certifications:

  • AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • MS-101 - Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  • ITIL Certification or demonstrable working knowledge of ITIL
