We are seeking a capable resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple tasks to complex plans. This role will provide onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop environment to ensure optimal service delivery.

IT Skills and Experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting computer OS and peripherals
  • Handling different PC operating systems (Windows 7/8 and 10)
  • Performing hardware and software installation (understanding deployment tools like SCCM)
  • Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
  • Printer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Field experience supporting various technologies and services
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, Apple, and virtual OS
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively under pressure
Personal Attributes
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure support

Experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Freshers and IT students with relevant backgrounds are welcome
  • Willing to travel 12-18 miles as required
