Job Title: IT Delivery Team Member

We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious IT Delivery Team Member to work with our exceptional client, a world-class brand in a secure environment. The IT Delivery Team Member role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. These contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment and are based onsite in Gloucestershire.

To support our mission, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic member to join our IT Delivery team. This role specializes in 2nd Line IT Support and the preparation and delivery of device hardware used by site staff. You will work closely with other members of the support team and the developer community across various sites in the UK. You will use best practices to ensure you provide quality support and service for the systems and hardware we supply to our users.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Provide second line IT support: Investigate IT faults, arrange in-person appointments for fault resolution or device replacement, and roll out new technologies.
  2. Device setup: Set up devices and coordinate their delivery/collection within the user community.
  3. Asset management: Help maintain software/system assets, ensuring information is up-to-date for auditing purposes.
  4. Procurement: Raise requisitions and liaise with core suppliers and Commercial colleagues for IT assets.
  5. Relationship management: Maintain positive working relationships with related teams.
Skills/Experience:
  • IT technical knowledge or previous IT Support experience
  • Interest in new and existing technologies such as cloud services and O365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
