About the role

You design the Digital Strategy for Quality, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned to the objectives and roadmap. You are accountable for the end-to-end value delivery for your product from ideation through to design, build, deploy, operate, and retirement.You act as the ‘Voice of the Customer’ working closely with stakeholders (technical and business) to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled.

Working in a regulated industry, where you have managed major global GxP applications. You are a natural problem solver who is happy in a complex, multinational environment, working with senior stakeholders. Based on your Digital know-how and experience in Quality Management you are a credible IT partner to the business.With a deep passion for technology, you articulate its benefits to IT and non-technical colleagues alike, building trust and simplifying complex concepts. Your leadership ensures the alignment of enterprise-scale SaaS platforms with Reckitt’s architectural and cybersecurity standards.

Your responsibilities

- Creating and aligning the Digital Strategy & Roadmap for Quality, outlining the vision, benefits and priorities to achieve the IT and Business strategic priorities.
- Leading a team of business analysts across several Product Lines, including Quality.
- Building successful partnerships with senior stakeholders in a cross functional environment.
- Defining and tracking business benefit realisation, to ensure value across the application lifecycle.
- Managing successful collaborations with vendors, leading to a continuous increase in value to the business
- Managing Project and Program Budgets and Total Cost of Ownership for your Products.
- The end-to-end lifecycle of the applications in your domain, including their validated state, and compliance with Reckitt standards on architecture and (cyber-) security.

The experience we're looking for

- Extensive technical experience gained over a 15+ year technology career, with a minimum of 8+ years specific experience in Quality Management and Quality Control solutions, e.g. Veeva
- At least 5 years of experience leading a cross-functional, diverse IT team, split over 2 locations.
- Proven track record in building digital strategy including business cases and tracking TCO and benefit delivery for enterprise solutions.
- Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders to balance business needs with IT&D standards and processes.
- Enthusiastic about the use of technology, with a proven ability to provide a communication ‘bridge’ between the business and technologists.
- Extensive experience of working in a mixed Waterfall and Agile delivery environment, with a deep understanding of GxP practises.
- Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects.
