Job summary

Edwards & Pearce urgently seeks a Senior IT Strategy & Cyber Security Lead to shape the technology security posture across two expanding business units. You will partner with senior leadership to implement governance, risk management, and resilient digital capabilities.

Hybrid UK role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will drive security policy, audits, regulatory alignment and vendor management while ensuring robust governance and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading IT strategy and cyber security governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT and cyber security strategy aligned with group requirements.
• Lead security governance across two business units.
• Manage audits, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee data protection practices and access governance.
• Drive budget and technology investment for secure, resilient platforms.
• Lead incident response and business continuity planning.
• Coordinate with senior executives on risk, investments and digital transformation.
