An exciting opportunity has arisen in our CISO function. Reporting to the IT Governance and Reporting Manager, The IT Controls Analyst will be accountable for developing and maintaining a risk-based IT Governance framework to successfully reduce risk.
You will support the design, implementation and delivery of IT Controls. Acting as the central point for developing, maintaining, monitoring and enforcing IT policies and procedures, whilst reviewing existing process alignment and supporting adoption of industry best practices (COBIT, NIST, ISO etc.) Alongside these responsibilities, you will also participate with other teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform, ensure updates are communicated to key stakeholders and suppliers.

As an experienced Controls Analyst you will:
• The ideal candidate will be familiar with IT Controls, Governance and Risk Management.
• A University degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related field.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Familiarity with COBIT or equivalent frameworks, familiar with ServiceNow or other GRC tools
• Familiar with Office365 tools (or similar)
• Enthusiastic, self-starting and enjoys change and a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn information quickly and apply considerations which impact downstream decisions.
• Able to self-motivate, organise and take responsibility for own workload to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
• A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain ideas to non-technical audiences, and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and effectively balance multiple responsibilities.
