Wood is recruiting for an IT Contracts Specialist to join our IT, Digital & Technology team for a 12-month fixed-term position. You will collaborate with the IT department and various internal stakeholders, including Finance, Commercial, and Legal. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in contract reviews, including project-specific contracts and MSAs, with knowledge of Supply Chain activities such as managing purchase orders.

This position is open to both hybrid and remote candidates in the UK.

The Role

This opportunity is suited for individuals knowledgeable in contract review and negotiation with suppliers, familiar with corporate structures and procedures. You will identify and manage contractual risks, ensuring alignment of contractual terms and managing changes effectively.

You will work closely with our Procurement team on supply chain escalations and participate in regular meetings regarding quotes, suppliers, and purchase orders. You will oversee end-to-end sourcing processes, ensuring all activities stay within the approved budget.
