About the Role

As an IT Solutions Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for our key clients - acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs and delivers tailored technology solutions. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across a varied client base

• Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to propose forward-thinking IT strategies

• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver best-fit solutions

• Supporting the pre-sales process and contributing to proposals and client pitches

• Providing strategic guidance on infrastructure, cloud, security, and software decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a client-facing IT consultancy or solution design role (ideally within an MSP environment)

• Strong knowledge across modern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure), and networking

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• A curious mind with a passion for innovation and emerging tech

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a hybrid work environment
