About the Team:

This group leverages deep technical expertise to complement broader consulting capabilities. With a global presence spanning Asia, Europe, and North and South America, they support clients' total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management & financial engineering. Their interdisciplinary team of technical experts delivers customized solutions and accelerates value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.

What You'll Do:

As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking clients' digital potential and driving change. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Understanding client requirements from both business and technology perspectives, mapping them to standard SAP functionalities or proposing customized SAP solutions.
2. Working on major SAP business transformation programs, analyzing finance and controlling processes, and advising on SAP finance solution design and implementation.
3. Supporting clients on SAP S/4HANA projects throughout the supply chain, from requirements analysis to go-live and rollout.
4. Leading teams and managing projects.
5. Designing and defining specific SAP S/4HANA solutions across various business functions, including finance, controlling, procurement, logistics, and HR.
6. Introducing best practices in user requirement evaluation, specification, and implementation.
7. Technically managing SAP S/4HANA implementations and migration projects.
8. Conducting requirements management within SAP S/4HANA projects, including specialist concept workshops.
9. Controlling and prototyping SAP S/4HANA solution customization.
10. Supporting the sale of large ERP/SAP projects with technical and methodological expertise.
11. Contributing to the development of ERP/SAP S/4HANA content through conference participation and knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring:

1. A degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field.
2. Experience in business process consulting and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
3. Excellent understanding of Financial and Management Accounting processes, with strong project management skills.
4. 4+ years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects or transformations.
5. Deep functional knowledge of the SAP FI-CO module, including hands-on configuration expertise.
6. Technical knowledge of end-to-end ERP processes (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, etc.) and their SAP S/4HANA implementation.
7. Deep knowledge of two or more SAP modules.
8. Ideally, knowledge of specific SAP industry solutions, add-on solutions, and analytical SAP tools.
9. Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
10. Experience leading teams.
11. Strong client and results orientation.
12. Excellent team spirit, communication, and presentation skills.
13. Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal.
14. You MUST hold an EU passport to be considered for this position.
15. Location can be based in either Amsterdam, Brussel, or London.
