An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the IT Clinical Systems Team at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 6 IT Clinical Systems Specialist. The team supports the services of ANHSFT and our wider Place partners, such as Bradford Teaching Hospital Trust, in their ongoing use and development of TPP SystmOne for clinical and operational teams.

  • Communicate complex system requirements, corporate issues, and analysis through comprehensive reports and negotiate resolutions with Trust management, external system suppliers, and project teams.
  • Provide specialist support and advice on system specification, configuration, requirements, functionality, implementation, and rollout across the organization to support care, policy-making, and accountability.
  • Design and build new services and operational practices.
  • Review existing systems and processes for continued suitability.
  • Coordinate between bespoke projects, the Integrated Health Record Programme, and 'business as usual' system changes.
  • Manage highly complex and sensitive information, presenting it to large groups as needed.
  • Liaise with external third-party system suppliers to develop and adapt information systems to stakeholder requirements.
