A global law firm is seeking a Change Manager to oversee the lifecycle of changes within the organization. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in Change Enablement and possess ITIL 4 Foundation certification. This full-time role offers the possibility of hybrid working, based in Glasgow or London, and emphasizes minimal service disruptions during changes. The Opportunity:
The Change Manager is responsible for managing the daily lifecycle of changes, ensuring their timely and effective implementation with minimal disruption to services.

The role will ideally have a hybrid working arrangement, with either our Glasgow or London office as the base. However, a remote working arrangement may be considered with occasional travel to office.
