IT Change Management Lead - Strategic Plant Separation Project (Contract)

Are you a seasoned IT Change Management professional ready to take on a high-impact role in a global transformation initiative? We're hiring for a Change Management Lead to support a major plant divestiture project for a leading FMCG company. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions across Office 365 and application migrations, with minimal disruption to operations and maximum user adoption.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to drive change strategy, communication, training, and execution.

Location: Remote - Must work Eastern and Central time zones
Duration: Contract (project-based) - 3 months (possible extension)
Sector: FMCG / Manufacturing / IT Transformation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for Office 365 and application migrations (on-premise and SaaS).
  • Conduct impact assessments and define success metrics.
  • Engage stakeholders across business and IT functions.
  • Deliver targeted training and user enablement programs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to IT transitions.
  • Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to align timelines and deliverables.
