  3. Own the updates to the change instructions system.
  4. Create visually compelling and engaging presentations, in alignment with target audience's needs and expectations.
  5. Manage communication plans for the Change Governance team, and as appropriate, the wider UKTT team.
  6. Support the Head of Change Governance and Method; manage meeting inputs and outputs, take minutes, collate information and distribute meeting packs and reports.
  7. Work with the wider Change Governance and Method team to continually improve the quality, design and effectiveness of change frameworks and processes.
  8. Ensure that governance processes are being followed, and that controls are being applied throughout the lifecycle of change, through assurance activities and reporting.

Ideal Candidate

  • Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence and Agile ways of working.
  • Integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, identifying issues and driving resolutions to conclusion with minimal management support.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
