Your Role

Working as an IT Change Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing the appropriate level of Service Assurance governance by assisting in the management of the day-to-day operational activities related to Change Management and overall Governance. You’ll ensure the integrity of the live environment is protected, and risks are understood and mitigated. There will also be opportunities to assist in and report on other ITIL Service Management processes such as Release, Asset Management, Incident, Request, and Problem Management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing ITIL-based processes and procedures with relevant ITIL process Managers and embedding them across IT.
  • Maintaining centralized forward plans for awareness, visibility, and planning of key events.
  • Generating KPI reports for various audiences.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with all service users.
  • Responding to internal and external audit reviews and managing remediation plans where needed.
  • Ensuring all changes/releases follow proper processes, including testing in pre-production environments.
  • Reviewing and analyzing CMDB data for issues and accuracy.
  • Updating and managing CMDB data daily.
  • Creating and presenting reporting packs aligned with timelines.
  • Conducting reviews of activities and audit findings, and implementing remediation activities.
  • Driving continuous service improvement.
