A dynamic service organization in the UK is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide exceptional technical support. You will manage helpdesk tickets, configure security settings, and deploy devices. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft knowledge and a bachelor's degree in a related subject.
