Job summary

Rowen & Wren is seeking an IT & Business Systems Manager to own and optimize the company’s technology landscape. You will oversee the portfolio of systems, ensure integration and governance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic technology projects across retail, ecommerce, customer service, logistics and finance.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, enabling growth, and providing teams with robust tools and data-driven insight.

Qualifications

• Internal owner of business technology and IT governance responsibilities.
• Experience reviewing and optimizing business processes across departments such as retail, ecommerce, customer service, logistics and finance.
• Ability to identify technology options, manage vendors, and translate priorities into projects.
• Experience delivering projects with defined outcomes, timelines and governance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of the portfolio of systems that support the business.
• Ensure systems remain appropriate to evolving needs and scale of the business.
• Ensure systems are integrated for reliable data flow between them.
• Maintain documentation to mitigate risk.
• Work with leadership to improve operational processes across departments.
• Introduce automation where it improves efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive AI adoption to support business activities with governance.
