You will gather, document and manage business and system requirements, support the delivery of IT projects, and ensure solutions meet business needs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, IT or CS.
• Certifications in BA or PM desirable.
• Equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business users and IT development teams.
• Gather, validate and manage business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support delivery of IT solutions and drive business improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and project lifecycle governance.
