Job description

Whether you are from an IT support role looking to get more involved in the overall customer experience and a more varied role or come from a Customer end to end support role for an MSP, IT provider or similar then we want to hear from you.

The position will involve:

  • Dealing with the subscription and licensing
  • Working with suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage product delivery timelines
  • Providing after sales support
  • Resolve customer invoice queries with the Finance Team
