Jump IT Recruitment is seeking a motivated individual for an evolving IT support role focused on enhancing customer experience. Initially office-based, this role offers the potential to transition to a hybrid model. Ideal candidates will have IT support or customer service experience, as well as strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Whether you are from an IT support role looking to get more involved in the overall customer experience and a more varied role or come from a Customer end to end support role for an MSP, IT provider or similar then we want to hear from you.
