Job summary

Medlock Partners is seeking an IT Business Partner with a strong background in data management and enterprise technology. You will bridge technology and business operations to ensure data and digital solutions support strategic objectives across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technical teams and external partners to improve data capabilities, governance and to deliver high-impact technology initiatives that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience influencing tech and data initiatives for business transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business and technology, translating requirements into IT/data solutions.
• Support enterprise data governance, data quality, and information management practices.
• Ensure third-party providers align with governance standards and best practices.
• Analyse data to provide insights for decision-making across operations and strategy.
• Assist users and project teams with data models, applications, and system functionality.
• Enable secure access to trusted data for internal teams and regulators.
• Collaborate with project managers and owners to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Drive service improvements with data governance and application teams.
• Contribute to ongoing IT Business Partnering practices and knowledge sharing.
