You will serve as the primary interface between the IT function and the Certas Energy Solutions leadership team, translating commercial objectives, customer requirements, and operational challenges into technology investments and solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Serve as the trusted, single point of contact for the Certas Energy Solutions leadership team on all IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology investment matters.
• Identify, capture, and qualify all IT demand arising from Certas Energy Solutions, ensuring requests are clearly articulated, commercially justified, and prioritised in line with business objectives and customer value.
• Develop and maintain the Certas Energy Solutions IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth plans and the wider DCC Energy GB IT strategy.
• Act as the business‑side or IT sponsor for key technology and digital transformation programmes, ensuring clear accountability, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery.
• Monitor the performance of IT services supporting Certas Energy Solutions, acting as the senior escalation point for service‑related issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Support new business opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives by providing IT due diligence, onboarding support, and integration planning as required.
• Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation, data, and digital solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
