Mears Group is seeking an IT Business Partner on a fixed term basis to join our IT team. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business, coordinating IT activity across projects and ensuring stakeholder requirements are understood and delivered.

Based fully remote with occasional travel across the UK, the position offers £47,035 per year plus a £4,500 car allowance and a structured path to successful delivery from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end IT project delivery.

**IT Business Partner – Fixed Term Contract****Location:** Fully Remote with travel across the UK as required (typically 1-2 times per month). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business, helping to shape solutions that support organisational goals while delivering positive outcomes for stakeholders across the business.As an IT Business Partner, you will act as the key link between technical teams and business users, ensuring requirements are understood, documented and delivered effectively. You will coordinate IT activities across a variety of projects, manage stakeholder relationships through periods of change, and support successful project delivery from concept through to implementation.**About the Role:**As an IT Business Partner, you will support the successful delivery of IT projects and business change initiatives.
