Your new role In this position, you will bridge the gap between IT and business operations, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills. What you'll need to succeed

Essential:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Broad IT technical understanding with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with GxP regulations and system validation.
• Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Good understanding of GxP practices and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Knowledge of Prince2 & Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of change management best practices.
